i would like to thank you for the excellent work your plumber, Liam, did at my home – installing an external expansion vessel for my central heating boiler and replacing a gas meter box. Despite the extremely hot weather, Liam was cheerful and carried out the work very efficiently, with little mess or disruption. I have to say that it is a great relief knowing there is a trustworthy and reliable company I can call upon whenever I have any plumbing needs. It goes without saying that I will have no hesitation in recommending Baker Smith to my friends and family. We had a problem with our downstairs toilet so i called Baker Smith and asked them whether they could help. The whole experience has been effortless. From the excellent customer liaison on the telephone, to the promptness with which we were able to secure an appointment, to the professionalism with which Tom not only did the job but happily sorted out another plumbing problem which i had forgotten to mention. I was very impressed by the way every step in the process was handled and would recommend Baker Smith to friends and neighbours.
