I called Baker Smith and informed them of my water leak/water spraying issue. I was very worried that if the connection completely broke that the downstairs of my house would have flooded rapidly.Baker Smith sent a plumber immediately and fitted a new joint, resolving the issue very efficiently. They explained what they had done, logged photos and notes.All communication was courteous from Karen in the office to Tom to Plumber. I would use Baker Smith again in a blink of an eye. A very professional business, great company culture. 5-star service at very competitive price.
